**Mentor Chains® Participants & Observers** : Self-Assessments are in chronological order and detail key components of the project and the student’s progress during the session.

Each self-assessment covers: Summary of things learned (technical skills, soft skills, tools), Achievements, Tasks completed and Goals for the next self-assessment period.

**Mentor Chains® Leads** : Leads have one or more self-assessments that cover their achievements as overall Project Lead, Technical/ Programming Lead or Project Management Lead.
