Employers on AIVIA see the full evaluation report for any evaluation you’ve toggled “On resume.” Nothing more, nothing less.

- All rubric dimension scores (fixed and component-specific)
- Strengths identified in your evaluation
- Development areas flagged
- Per-question feedback referencing your actual answers
- Your overall rating (Beginner, Intermediate, or Expert)
What’s Not Visible

- Your AI Career Assistant conversations. Those are private to you.
01 How Employers Find You
Hiring teams on AIVIA find candidates two ways. They can browse using filters — domain, component, score. They can also use Ask AIVIA, a chatbot that finds candidates based on how they reason. A hiring manager can say something like “Find me candidates strong in production debugging who think about failure modes before optimizing” and Ask AIVIA will surface matching candidates based on what their evaluation reports actually reveal.
This means your report isn’t just filtered by numbers. The reasoning patterns in your answers — how you diagnose, how you weigh tradeoffs, how you prioritize — are what make you discoverable.
02 You’re Always in Control
Toggle On Resume when you’re ready to be discovered. Toggle it off when you’re not. You can have multiple evaluations and choose which ones are visible. Took an evaluation that didn’t go the way you wanted? Keep it off-resume, use the feedback to improve, and try again — you get two attempts per evaluation.
