01 How It Works
Add the team members who will be interviewing the candidate. Each person can add any context they think is helpful — their technical focus, what they care about most, specific areas they want to probe. AIVIA uses each interviewer’s context along with the candidate’s evaluation report to generate a tailored question set per person.
