- Building your portfolio with badges and resume tags
- Using the 1-Click Resume
- Using the AI Career Assistant
- Controlling which evaluations are visible to employers
- Retaking evaluations (you get two attempts per evaluation)
Is there a catch?
There is a cap on token usage to prevent system misuse. Under normal use — taking evaluations, reviewing reports, using the Career Assistant — you won’t hit it. The cap exists to protect the platform, not to limit genuine candidates.
Will it stay free?
A Pro plan for candidates is coming soon with additional features. The core evaluation and portfolio tools will remain free. For details on what the Pro plan will include, see the candidate plans page.
Why is it free?
AIVIA’s business model charges hiring teams, not candidates. Hiring teams pay $49 for 6 months to access search, prescreening, interview alignment, and cohort tools. Candidates are the supply side of the marketplace — making candidate tools free means more evaluated candidates, which makes the platform more valuable for hiring teams. Both sides benefit.
